PU Screens.Our polyurethane screens provide efficient screening of materials in numerous industry applications, such as dewatering, mining, sand, stone, gravel and many others.

Polyurethane screen panels are a very good alternative to steel woven wire screens. The main advantages are exceptional abrasion resistance, lack of corrosion, low noise levels and exceptional precision during operation.

Polyurethane Sieve Plate Possess Features:

1. The abrasion resistant property is good, the service life is long,its abrasion resistant is 3-4 times to steeliness,more than 4 times to ordinary rubber sieve plate.

2. The weight is much lighter than the similar size steel sieve plate,thus,it reduces the sieve machine load,saves the electricity consumption and may lengthen the sieve machine.

3. Low cost, although the same specification (size) of the polyurethane sieve plate is higher than stainless steel sieve plate one-time investment (about 2 times), but because of the polyurethane sieve plate life expectancy is 3 ~ 5 times long than the size of the stainless steel sieve plate, and fewer maintenance and replacement, so the total cost is not high, the economy is also very economical.

4. Low noise .
